Resignation of independent non-executive director

The Company announces that Quintin Price has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company and is stepping down from the Board on 11 November 2019, in order to focus on his other commitments.

Quintin joined our Board in July 2018 and has provided a significant contribution to the Board of Directors. His extensive experience of the financial services industry will be much missed.

The Board thanks Quintin for his service and commitment to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

A new independent non-executive director will be appointed in due course.
