--Google Inc. (GOOG) has completed the installation of its Curie cable between the U.S. and Chile, TechCrunch reported Thursday.

--The cable will begin operating in the second quarter of 2020, TechCrunch reported.

--Google will also build a branch to Panama for the cable, the report said.
