Item 7.01.
Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On November 22, 2019, the United Kingdom Competition & Markets Authority (“CMA”) announced its decision to clear salesforce.com, inc.’s acquisition of Tableau Software, Inc., which closed on August 1, 2019.  The CMA’s clearance decision is effective immediately and concludes its review of the transaction.
