Trifast announces that the following Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), pursuant to options granted
to them in 2016, under the Company's SAYE scheme, have exercised
options totaling 42,055 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
Company ("ordinary shares") as follows:

Total Voting Rights (TVR)
Following the issue and allotment of shares (other than those
shares in respect of the Company's SAYE scheme which have not yet
been issued and allotted), the Company's total issued share capital
is 122,366,526 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The
Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore,
the total number of voting rights in the Company is 122,366,526.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
