Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Company will be held at 10:00 SA time (UTC +2) on Wednesday, 29 January 2020 at 2(nd) Floor, The Crossing, 372 Main Road, Bryanston, South Africa, to transact business as stated in the Notice of AGM.
