Further to the Company's announcement of 23 December 2019 that it has conditionally raised GBP3.25 million in aggregate before fees and expenses through the successful Subscription and PrimaryBid Offer, Futura confirms that the Circular (containing a notice convening the General Meeting) is today being posted to Shareholders and will shortly be available for download on the Company's website: www.futuramedical.com.

The General Meeting has been convened for 17 January 2020 at 11 a.m. at the offices of Futura Medical plc, Surrey Technology Centre, 40 Occam Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 7YG.
