The Company announces that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held on 6 February 2020 at 10.00 a.m. at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9PF.

   --   Form of Proxy for Annual General Meeting 2020.
