Exercise of 1,666,667 Warrants, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investment company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), hereby announces that the Company has received subscription notices exercising 1,666,667 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company at a subscription price of 5 pence per share ("New Shares").

Application will be made for the admission of the 1,666,667 New Shares to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the New Shares will commence on or around 21 January 2020. On admission the New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following admission of the New Shares, and of the 11,562,500 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the placing announced on 18 December 2019 expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 20 January 2020, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 95,361,443 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
