Trafalgar (AIM: TRAF), the AIM quoted residential property developer operating in southeast England, announces it has exercised its options over land in Barnett Wood Lane, Ashtead Surrey for which planning permission has been achieved for the construction of 3 new family houses. The Group has other sites in the planning system and looks forward to announcing further planning permissions in the near future.
