Deutsche Telekom Management-Board Member Dirk Woessner to Leave

Deutsche Telekom AG said Wednesday that management-board member
Dirk Woessner is leaving the company when his contract expires on
Dec. 31, 2020.
Mr. Woessner is also serving as managing director of the
telecommunications company's German business Telekom Deutschland
GmbH, the company said.
"He will become chief executive of a fast-growing software
company from 2021," the company said, without specifying.
Deutsche Telekom has started the search for Mr. Woessner's
successor, it said.
