Final Determination by Ofwat for Bristol Water plc - referral to Competition and Markets Authority

Ofwat published its Final Determination for Bristol Water plc on 16 December 2019 setting out Ofwat's final determination of the allowed revenues and service delivery targets for Bristol Water plc in the next five year regulatory period (1 April 2020 to 31 March 2025).

Bristol Water has today asked Ofwat to refer its Final Determination to the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA). Once Ofwat has made the reference, the CMA will undertake a review and reach their own determination for PR19, later this year.
