business on 20 February 2020 were:

418.67p  Capital only (undiluted)
430.17p  Including current year income (undiluted)

Notes:

1.        Revenue items included in net asset value, with dividends payable
deducted on the ex-dividend date.

2.        Following the buyback of 100,000 ordinary shares on 20th February
2020, the Company has 174,027,197 ordinary shares in issue, excluding
18,984,645 which are held in treasury.
