International, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation
Facilities. CARF International is an independent, non-profit
accreditor of health and human services whose mission is to promote
quality, value, and optimal outcomes through continuous
improvements under their consultative accreditation process. The
three-year accreditation represents the highest level of
accreditation that can be awarded to an organization.
