DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) has today declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 October to 31 December 2019 of 1.7125 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around 27 March 2020 to shareholders on the register on 6 March 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 5 March 2020.

This dividend will be an ordinary UK dividend ("non-PID").

Following the payment of this dividend, the Company will have paid, in aggregate, 6.85 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2019, in line with its stated target.
