Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that today the Company received notification that as of 28 April 2020, Mr. M.H. and Mrs. D.M. Dixon hold 45,500,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 21.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
