NOTICE OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, RHI Magnesita N.V. (LSE:
RHIM) has submitted today the Notice of the 2020 Annual General
Meeting (the "AGM Notice") to the National Storage Mechanism.
In response to COVID-19, and as permitted by the recent Dutch
Emergency law, the AGM will be a virtual meeting held on 18 June
2020 at 2 p.m. CET (1 p.m. UK). The health and safety of our
shareholders and colleagues is our utmost priority and as such,
attendance in person will not be possible. Shareholders are invited
to submit questions in advance and will be able to attend the AGM
via webcast. More details can be found in the explanatory notes to
the AGM Notice.
The AGM Notice will shortly be available for inspection on the
National Storage Mechanism at:
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
