1pm plc (AIM: OPM), the AIM listed independent specialist provider of finance facilities to UK SMEs, is pleased to announce that Ian Smith, CEO and James Roberts, CFO will provide a live presentation relating to the Company's recent announcement on 5 May, which comprised a COVID-19 Trading Update and news that it has been approved for accreditation as a lending partner under the Government's Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme ("CBILS"). The meeting will be broadcast via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 13(th) May 2020 at 4.30pm.

1pm is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood.
