Notification of major holdings
Modern Water has received notification of major holdings in the
interests of a significant shareholder. In accordance with AIM Rule
17, the following details are now notified:
a) Identity of the significant shareholder: Helium Rising Stars Fund
b) Date of disclosure: 15 May 2020
c) Date of relevant change: 14 May 2020
d) Nature of transaction: Disposal of shares
e) Nature and extent of significant shareholder's interest: direct and indirect interests
f) Resultant shareholding: 80,000,000 shares, with a direct
interest in the shares and an indirect interest in the voting
rights, in each case amounting to 15.91 %
