Result of AGM

Yew Grove REIT plc (LSE:YEW, Euronext:YEW), which owns a diversified portfolio of Irish commercial property assets, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

All of the resolutions were voted upon by a poll and were passed by the requisite majority by shareholders.
