Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is today being posted to shareholders. Both documents are available on the Company's website at: https://www.warpaintlondonplc.com

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday 26 June 2020 at 11 a.m.at the Company's offices at Units B&C, Orbital Forty Six, The Ridgeway Trading Estate, Iver, Bucks, SL0 9HW.

The board takes its responsibility to safeguard the health of its shareholders, stakeholders and employees seriously and the AGM is being held in accordance with the current legislation in force as a result of COVID-19. As a result, Warpaint's AGM will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person this year.

As physical attendance at the AGM will not be permitted, shareholders who wish to register their votes on the resolutions to be put to the AGM should do so by completing and signing the proxy form that accompanies the Notice of AGM as soon as possible in accordance with the instructions printed on the proxy form. Shareholders are advised to appoint the chairman of the meeting as their proxy to ensure that their vote is counted. Any other named proxy will not be allowed to enter the meeting.

If shareholders have any questions that they would like answering by the Company's directors they should be submitted by e-mail to investors@warpaintlondonplc.com before the AGM and, where appropriate, a written response will be provided and published on the Company's website after the AGM has taken place.

Warpaint London plc is made up of two divisions.

The largest division sells cosmetics under the lead brand names of W7, Technic and Body Collection. W7 is sold in the UK primarily to retailers and internationally to local distributors or retail chains. The Technic brand is sold in the UK and continental Europe with a significant focus on the gifting market, principally for high street retailers and supermarkets. In addition, this division supplies own brand white label cosmetics produced for several major high street retailers. The Group also sells cosmetics using our other brand names of Man'stuff, Vintage, Very Vegan and Chit Chat.

The other division trades in close-out and inventory of branded cosmetics and fragrances from around the world.
