Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

WANdisco plc (AIM: WAND), the LiveData company for machine learning and AI, announces that the circular containing further information on its recent fundraise (the "Circular") and as referenced in the results of placing announcement published on Friday 12 June, was sent to shareholders on Friday 12 June. The Circular contains a notice of General Meeting ("General Meeting") and accompanying Form of Proxy.

The General Meeting will be held at 9.00 a.m. on 29 June 2020 at the Company's offices, Castle House, 1-13 Angel Street, Sheffield S3 8LN.

In light of the UK government's ongoing response, and public health advice, to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company requests that shareholders should not attend the General Meeting in person and that the Company will not permit shareholders access to the General Meeting. Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to exercise their right to vote and to submit their Form of Proxy and not make plans to attend the meeting in person.
