CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS
In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice
of new directorships held by current directors (LR 9.6.14 (2)),
Spirax--Sarco Engineering plc announces that Kevin Boyd, Chief
Financial Officer and Executive Director, has been appointed as
Chair of Audit and Non-Executive Director of Polypipe Group plc
with effect from 22nd September 2020.
The Board is satisfied that Kevin's appointment with Polypipe
plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018, especially
as Kevin has indicated he will retire from the Board in September
2020 following completion of the interim financial reporting
process in August 2020.
