President announces that the Company's 2019 Annual Report & Accounts was distributed to shareholders on 25 June 2020, together with a notice of an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 22 July 2020 at 11:00 a.m at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.

Copies of the accounts and notice of AGM are available from the Company's website, www.presidentenergyplc.com and from the Company's registered office Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds, LS15 4LG.

In light of the government's ongoing response, and public health advice, to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company requests all Shareholders to submit their Form of Proxy and not attend the meeting in person.
