The Company has been notified that the following PDMRs were
granted options over the ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the
Company ("Shares") on 24 June 2020 under the Countryside Properties
PLC Save As You Earn Plan at the option price of 245.07p. The
savings term is three years with options exercisable between 1
August 2023 and 31 January 2024.
