Placing to raise approximately GBP1.3m

Further to the announcement of 29 June 2020, where the Company confirmed its share capital reorganisation and the intention to apply for the Company's ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market ("Admission"), Hawkwing plc (AIM: HNG) (formerly TLA Worldwide plc), announces that it intends to seek a placing of new Ordinary Shares at a price of 3 pence per share to raise gross proceeds for the Company of c.GBP1.3 million (the "Placing").

The Placing will be conditional on Admission, the preparations for which continue and Dowgate Capital has been appointed to carry out the Placing.
