European Commission Extends Fiat Chrysler, Peugeot Investigation Deadline

The European Commission on Tuesday extended its investigation
deadline into the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV and Peugeot SA
merger to Nov. 13.
In June, the regulator opened an in-depth investigation into
whether the proposed merger would reduce van competition in the
European Economic Area.
The previous deadline was Oct. 22.
