The Company notes that, as announced by Pets at Home Group plc ("Pets at Home"), Karen Whitworth, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Pets at Home, with effect from 9 July 2020. Karen has also been appointed as the Audit and Risk Committee chair and member of both the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committees of Pets at Home.
