PDMR Dealing Notification
Cobra Resources plc (LSE:COBR), whose flagship project is the
Wudinna Gold Project on the Eyre Peninsula in the Central Gawler
Gold Province, a 450-kilometre-long arcuate belt in South
Australia, was notified on 22 July 2020 that Mr Craig Moulton,
Managing Director of the Company, had purchased 416,420 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), at a price of 1.575p pence per Ordinary Share on 21 July
2020.
Following the above transaction, Mr Moulton holds an interest of
6,105,170 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.26 percent of the total
issued share capital of Company.
