Explanation of Responses:
(1) This Restricted Stock Unit Award will vest as to 100% of the shares subject to the award on the anniversary of the date of grant, provided that the Reporting Person continues to serve as a director of the Issuer through such date. Pursuant to an assignment agreement between Siris Capital Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Siris Capital Group"), and the Reporting Person, effective as of July 2, 2018, the Reporting Person has assigned to Siris Capital Group all of his right, title and interest in and to any compensation, including equity awards, he receives from the Issuer for his services as a director of the Issuer.

Remarks:
The Reporting Person is a managing partner of Siris Capital Group, an affiliate of which, Triangle Private Holdings II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Triangle Holdings II"), holds securities of the Issuer. Beneficial ownership of such securities is reported separately by Triangle Holdings II, Siris Capital Group and certain of their affiliates. The Reporting Person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
