At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 11.00am today all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting were carried on a poll conducted by Link Asset Services. Details of the Proxy votes will shortly be available on the Company's website ( https://www.frenchconnection.com )

A copy of the resolutions passed at the AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
