RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 3(rd) September 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 21,775 Ordinary Shares at prices between EUR16.19 and EUR27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices of GBP15.54 and GBP24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,655,602 shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,984,736 .
