On 11 September 2020, AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") granted
options and conditional share awards (as designated in the table
below) to acquire ordinary shares of 3(5) /(9) pence each in the
Company in favour of each of the above-named PDMRs under the terms
of the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Deferred Share
Scheme").
These options and conditional share awards have been granted to
serve as the mechanism to deliver ordinary shares of 3(5) /(9)
pence each in the Company ("shares") on a deferred basis to
recipients as a deferred bonus in respect of the financial year
ended 31 March 2020.
