In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, AVEVA Group plc (the "the Company") announces that with effect from 1 December 2020, Ron Mobed, a Non-executive Director of the Company, will join the Board of Robert Walters PLC, the leading international recruitment group. Following a period of hand over, Ron Mobed will take on the role of Non-executive Chairman of Robert Walters PLC on 29 January 2021.
