Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

PZ Cussons Plc (the "Group") announces that it will today publish and post (or otherwise make available) to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2020 ("Annual Report"), together with its 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") and form of proxy.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the AGM Notice and Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspections at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Group's website at https://www.pzcussons.com .

The Group's 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at Manchester Business Park, 3500 Aviator Way, Manchester, M22 5TG on Thursday 26 November 2020 at 10:30 hours. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, shareholders will not be able to physically attend the Annual General Meeting. Further details are set out in the AGM Notice.
