SECURE TRUST BANK PLC ("Secure Trust" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity
Secure Trust Bank (the "Company") announces that on 27 November
2020 the following individuals, each PDMRs of the Company, received
a cash settlement in lieu of their share options granted in 2017
under the 2017 Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") at an exercise
price of 40 pence ("Ordinary Shares"):

The cash settlement of the LTIP, calculated at the closing share
price of 911p on 26 November 2020 was used to determine the quantum
of their award in exchange for the lapse of their share options
detailed above.
There have been no changes to the total of 18,633,662 Ordinary
Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right, (the "Share
Capital") as a consequence of the above.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes
