Ferguson Director Remuneration Approved With Low Votes at AGM

Ferguson PLC's directors' remuneration report was approved with
relatively low votes in favor at the company's annual general
meeting on Thursday.
The FTSE 100 supplier of plumbing and heating products said the
resolution received 78.15% of votes in favor, with 21.85%
against.
Ferguson added that in light of the vote it will consult with
shareholders before making remuneration decisions for the current
financial year, which ends in July.
