The Company notes that, as announced by Tesco PLC ("Tesco") earlier today, Karen Whitworth, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be joining Tesco's Board as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 18 June 2021. Karen will also be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Responsibility Committee.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14R.
