Notice of Reconvened Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Following the recent publication of the Annual Report and
Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending 30
June 2020, the Company announces that it has today posted to
shareholders a Notice convening the Company's reconvened AGM, along
with a form of proxy.
The Reconvened AGM will be held at the Company's registered
office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port,
Guernsey GY1 1WA on Wednesday 17 February 2021 at 10:00 GMT.
The Notice of the reconvened AGM will be submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Additional copies of the Notice and the form of proxy will be
available on the company's website at
