Santander to Buy Indosuez Wealth Management Business in Miami

Banco Santander SA said Tuesday that its private-banking unit
will buy $4.3 billion in client assets and liabilities, as well as
related staff, from Indosuez Wealth Management, Credit Agricole
SA's global wealth management unit.
The deal, expected to close by the first half of the year, is
for Indosuez Wealth Management business in Miami.
No financial details were disclosed.
