Offer for Subscription - Exercise of Over-Allotment Facility

As announced on 9 October 2020, the Company published a prospectus in relation to an offer for subscription for new Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0005 each in the Company to raise up to GBP7.5 million, with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further GBP2.5 million (the "Offer").

Following strong demand for the O ffer, the directors of the Company have resolved to exercise the over-allotment facility referred to in the prospectus and, accordingly, the maximum amount that the Company can raise is increased from GBP7.5 million to GBP10 million.

The Company has also resolved to extend the deadline for receipt of applications for final allotment for the 2020/2021 offer from 3.00 p.m. on 30 March 2021 to 3.00pm on 1 April 2021.
