Sale of AD Plant Assets

KKVL are pleased to announce the first disposal of an anaerobic digestion plant since KKV Investment Management commenced management of the portfolio. The investment originally formed part of the portfolio of the Ordinary Share Class of the Company.

The Company's interests have been sold for a consideration of GBP2.9m. For ease of reference, this loan was marked as Borrower 13 in the June 2020 Report and Accounts with a carrying value as at 30 June 2020 of GBP3.05m.

The Directors intend to convene a board meeting in the near future to consider a further return of capital.
