Chevron Increases Quarterly Dividend

Company Positioned to Deliver Higher Annual
Dividend Payout for 34th Consecutive Year
The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today
declared a quarterly dividend of one dollar and thirty-four cents
($1.34) per share, an increase of five cents ($0.05) per share or
approximately 4 percent. The dividend is payable June 10, 2021, to
all holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the
Corporation at the close of business May 19, 2021.
This increase puts Chevron on track to make 2021 the 34th
consecutive year with an increase in annual dividend payout per
share.
