EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS

CALGARY, ALBERTA (June 9, 2021) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") announces that on June 3, 2021 and June 4, 2021, non-executive directors exercised share options representing a total of 207,500 common shares of no par value in the Company ( " Common Shares " ).

On June 3, 2021, Non-executive director John D. Wright exercised share options representing 112,500 Common Shares at a price of C$0.23 per Common Share (approximately 13.5 pence per Common Share). On June 4, 2021, Non-executive director Peter Nicol exercised share options representing 95,000 Common Shares at a price of C$0.15 per Common Share (approximately 8.8 pence per Common Share).

Application has been made for the 207,500 new Common Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM. 112,500 new Common Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on June 10, 2021 ("First Admission") and 95,000 new Common Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on June 11, 2021 ("Second Admission"). Immediately following First Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 209,915,927 Common Shares. Immediately following Second Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 210,010,927 Common Shares. The Company does not hold any Common Shares in treasury. These figures may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following First Admission and Second Admission, respectively.
