Grant of Options
Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of
graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and
industrial markets, announces that, on 15 June 2021, the Board
approved the grant of performance-related options over a total of
150,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the
"Options") to Giorgio Bonfanti, Chief Financial Officer under the
2020 Employees' Share Scheme.
Subject to the satisfaction of criteria related to the Company's
share price performance over the period, the Options (or a portion
thereof) will vest in three equal tranches on each of the first,
second and third anniversaries of the date of award. 75 per cent.
of the vested Options may be exercised after the third anniversary
and the remaining 25 per cent. may be exercised after the fourth
anniversary. The exercise price of each Option will be 118.20
pence, which is the average closing bid price of the Company's
shares on the London Stock Exchange plc for the 30 days before the
date of grant.
