Admission of New Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the native in-game advertising group, announces that, following completion of its Fundraise announced on 2 July 2021, and the approval of the resolutions put to its General Meeting on 19 July 2021, 543,157,516 New Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. (BST) today.

The New Ordinary Shares are subject to the Company's articles of association. They are credited as fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares in issue, including the right to receive all future dividends and distributions declared, made or paid on or in respect of such Ordinary Shares by reference to a record date falling after Admission.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 931,571,573. No Ordinary Shares of the Company are held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meanings as set out in the announcement of the Company concerning results of the Fundraise released at 9:38 a.m. (BST) on 2 July 2021.
