Kape Technologies plc (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, announces that it will today be posting to Shareholders a circular (including notice of a General Meeting) ("the Circular"), along with accompanying form of proxy (together with the Circular, the "Documents"), in relation to the Fundraise and Acquisition, further details of which are set out in the Company's announcements of 13(th) and 14(th) September 2021.

The General Meeting will be held at LABS Hogarth House, 136 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6PX at 11:00 a.m. on 1(st) October 2021. The Documents will shortly be available on the Company's website.
