Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 600 ordinary shares of GBP1 each 
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP7.50 per share. Following the 
purchase of these shares, Mr. Freeman is interested in 7,200 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 1.2 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
