ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") has issued and allotted 54,497 common shares of no par value pursuant to the exercise by eligible employees of vested share option rights and the conversion of restricted share units by eligible employees (together, the "Shares"). All of the Shares are quoted on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange and, in London, an application for admission of these Shares to the Official List (Standard Segment) of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is being made by the Company and admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on or around May 8, 2023.

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that as at April 30, 2023, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 452,835,051 common shares of no par value. Each common share carries one voting right and the Company does not hold any common shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at that date was 452,835,051.

The above figure of 452,835,051.may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
