Dublin & London, 16 September 2015: Aer Lingus Group plc (the "Company"), its board of directors having so requested and the respective exchanges having so agreed, hereby confirms that cancellation of the listing of ordinary shares of EUR0.05 each in the issued share capital of the Company on (i) the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange and (ii) the Main Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange, shall have effect from 17 September 2015.

This notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 1.6.16(12) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 5.3.1(12) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
