Result of EGM

The Board of the Company announces that both of the resolutions put forward at its EGM held today were passed. Resolution 1 was to provide authority for the Company to make market purchases of shares in connection with the Tender Offer and resolution 2 was to approve and adopt the discount control policy outlined in Part 1 of the Circular published by the Company dated 19 September 2018.
